It is our aim to provide a first-rate and cost-effective service.
We prefer to operate on an all-inclusive, fixed fee basis (preferably by standing order). This means that you get no nasty unexpected bills and know exactly how much our services will cost.
Why Standing Order?
This means that you can pay the annual bill in small chunks, meaning no big bill at the end of the year.
What other payment options are there?
Payments to your account can be made electronically via bank transfer (BACS) and via the Stripe online payment link in your invoice. We can also take card payments in our office via chip and pin/contactless.
What if the fixed fee no longer matches the work required?
We realise that all businesses will grow and shrink, therefore if we feel that the fixed fee arrangement is not working for either party, we will discuss it with you when we review the annual accounts.
Can we work fees any other way?
Yes of course we can, you can pay us in whatever system suits your business best.
Do you provide the software for us to do our accounts?
Yes, and the cost for this can be included as a package. As well as providing complimentary spreadsheet templates, we are also authorised re-sellers of a range of software. Please see our Cloud Accounting page for further details.
